An excellent Pilsner from this Freiburg microbrewery. Clear and golden, with almost zero hop aroma, but with a definite and pleasing hoppy bitterness to the taste. Ideal accompaniment to something like Käsespätzle, Ravioli, or possibly a tolerably modest sausage.
Highly drinkable and eminently sessionable – if you ever find yourself in Freiburg. Recommended.
