
Germany’s favourite sausage served in a crusty roll. A little on the small side compared to the more handsome examples I have encountered in grounds in Northern Germany but expertly grilled and served hot. Partner with a mustard & ketchup dressing and a null funf of Bischoshof for a rewarding half-time dining experience.
