“Have some of this. It’s the best German mustard” said the friendly Sausagemeister as he handed me my Bratwurst at the Arena Hans Zoschke. They take their sausage and mustard pairings very seriously in Germany, and he wasn’t wrong. A Bratwurst is a Bratwurst quite often – so it’s what you put on it that matters and the mustard was indeed top notch. An uplifting sausage experience – and the game wasn’t bad either.
